Six core services, one shop. Whether you need a single bracket recoated or a fleet of wheels refinished, the work moves through the same disciplined process — and it leaves looking like it should.
Electrostatically applied dry powder, oven-cured into a hard, uniform shell. More chip-resistant, more UV-stable, and more impact-tolerant than wet paint — and there's no overspray, no drips, no runs. We stock TGIC polyester for outdoor work, epoxy for chemical-resistant interiors, and hybrid systems where you need both.
The coating is only as good as the prep. Our enclosed blast booth strips parts to bare metal using aluminum oxide, garnet, or steel shot — selected for the substrate and the finish system. Tight masking, deburred edges, blown-down and tack-rag cleaned before powder ever hits.
Steel and alloy wheels stripped of factory clear, blasted, primed where needed, then top-coated. Single-color, two-tone, candy over base, gloss-black centers with machined faces — we handle the full menu. Tires off, valve stems removed, hub bores masked.
Trailers, mowers, snow blowers, lift gates, classic chassis, vintage farm equipment. We tear it down, strip it to metal, identify what needs welding or replacement, then refinish to a standard that beats the day it came off the line. Rebuilds welcome.
Railings, gates, fencing, patio furniture, pergolas, planter boxes, light poles, signage frames. Super-durable powders rated for prolonged UV and salt exposure — the right system for coastal, freeze-thaw, or high-traffic public installations.
Bring us a paint chip, a manufacturer code, a RAL or Pantone reference, or just the broken bracket off the original part. We'll match from 2,000+ stock powders or source a custom blend. Sample plates available before a full production run.
Texture, sheen, and effect powders are all on the menu. Tell us the feel you want and we'll spec the right product.
